The guides and answers on zenlyf.io are written by Zenlyf, a company that sells a smart ring. You should know that when you read them. This page says how we try to keep them honest, and where they stop.
Where facts come from
Every health statement is taken from a source we opened and read: public health bodies such as the NHS, the CDC and the FDA, health publishers such as Cleveland Clinic and the Sleep Foundation, and published research. Each page lists its sources at the bottom, with the publisher and the date we read the page. If we cannot source a statement, we leave it out.
What we do not claim
- No page says it was reviewed by a doctor. None was. Each carries a note saying so, and that it is not medical advice.
- We do not give a diagnosis or a treatment. When a reading or a symptom is worrying, we say to speak to a doctor or call the emergency number.
- We make no claim about how accurate the Zenlyf Ring is, and no claim about hardware such as battery life, water resistance or weight, because we have not published tests or a specification we can stand behind. Where a page touches the subject, it says so.
- We do not publish customer quotes, star ratings or customer stories.
Other companies
When we compare the Zenlyf Ring with another maker, every fact about that maker comes from its own public page, which we link and date. We show prices in the currency the maker lists and do not convert them to naira, because the rate and the extra charges change. Where we could not confirm something, such as whether a maker delivers to Nigeria, the page says we could not. Our comparison shows what that looks like.
Pictures
Some lifestyle pictures on the site are AI-generated. Each one is labelled “AI-generated image” where it appears. They are not photographs of customers, and we do not give them names or places.
How the pages are made
We use AI tools to help draft pages. Each page is then checked against the sources listed on it, and carries the date it was last reviewed. A page’s sources, its date and its not-medical-advice note are produced by the same system for every page, so a page cannot be published without them.
Corrections
If you think something on a page is wrong, or a source has changed, write to support@zenlyf.io with the page and the line. When we correct a page we change the text and its last-reviewed date.
