1 The Zenlyf app is not in the App Store or Google Play yet, and fall detection and SOS are still in testing. Fall checks have not been validated against real falls. Alerts use your phone, so it needs to be nearby and online, with mobile data or Wi-Fi. They reach only people who have accepted your invitation. Up to two emergency contacts get a text, a phone call and an email (Zenlyf also tries WhatsApp); the people you share with get a notification and an email. Zenlyf supports you but is not a substitute for emergency services; in an emergency, call your local emergency number. What happens when you fall

  1. ImpactYour phone can notice a hard impact.It is designed to ignore a phone that is dropped, tossed or picked up. Still in testing, not yet checked on real falls.
  2. 15 sIt checks what happens next.If the phone is picked up and moved about, the check ends. If it lies still, the check goes on.
  3. 30 sIt asks if you are okay.One tap says you’re fine. One tap asks for help straight away. If you start moving the phone, the countdown stops and it asks you directly.
  4. No answerZenlyf tries to reach you, then your people.If there is no answer, the alert goes to Zenlyf, which sends notifications to your phone and then calls you. If there is still no response after about 20 minutes, Zenlyf texts, calls and emails up to two emergency contacts who have accepted your invitation (and tries WhatsApp), and alerts the doctors and caregivers linked to your account.

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund until your ring is packed, from the tracking link in your receipt email. Once it is packed or on its way, contact support.

No. Your ring's readings (heart rate, oxygen, sleep, temperature and activity) are free to see in the Zenlyf app. The AI companion, the WhatsApp assistant and Zenlyf Link are part of the Pro plan.

Zenlyf Link connects your Zenlyf account to a hospital or clinic that uses Zenlyf. Your Zenlyf ID (it looks like ZLYF-YR26-000123) lets staff find your linked record quickly, including in an emergency. You choose which organisations to link, and each one decides what it keeps and who on its staff can see it. Zenlyf Link is part of the Pro plan.

Lagos delivery takes 1–3 days and the rest of Nigeria 3–7 days once your ring ships. Delivery is free across Nigeria.

The ring comes in US sizes 6 to 13. You choose your size at checkout.
