The ring comes in US sizes 6–13. You choose yours when you pre-order.
- Measure the right finger.Pick the finger you will wear it on. Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are warm and at their largest.
- Wrap a strip of paper or string round its base.Use a thin strip or a piece of string. Snug, but not tight. It should slide over your knuckle with a little effort.
- Mark where it meets, then lay it flat.Compare the strip with a ring you already own that fits that finger comfortably. The US size is usually stamped inside it. Match that size.

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund until your ring is packed, from the tracking link in your receipt email. Once it is packed or on its way, contact support.
No. Your ring's readings (heart rate, oxygen, sleep, temperature and activity) are free to see in the Zenlyf app. The AI companion, the WhatsApp assistant and Zenlyf Link are part of the Pro plan.
Zenlyf Link connects your Zenlyf account to a hospital or clinic that uses Zenlyf. Your Zenlyf ID (it looks like ZLYF-YR26-000123) lets staff find your linked record quickly, including in an emergency. You choose which organisations to link, and each one decides what it keeps and who on its staff can see it. Zenlyf Link is part of the Pro plan.

The ring comes in US sizes 6 to 13. You choose your size at checkout.
The Zenlyf app asks the ring for a heart-rate, heart-rate variability and blood-oxygen reading about every 5 minutes, and the readings appear in the app. We have not yet published how this performs on a worn ring.
Only the people you add to your care circle, and only what you choose to share with them. They have to accept your invitation first, and you can stop sharing at any time. An SOS alerts everyone at once: up to two emergency contacts by text, phone call and email (Zenlyf also tries WhatsApp), and the people you share with by notification and email.
Not yet. The Zenlyf app is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play, and you cannot install it today. We will link the store pages as soon as they are live.
