Care circle: share your health with the family you choose
On 9 July 2026 Zenlyf added the care circle: you invite someone, choose exactly which parts of your health they can see, and can take it back at any time. It is built for the adult child checking on a parent in another city, and for the parent who wants a say in what is shared.
What changed
Before, an emergency contact could be told when something went wrong, but could not see how you were doing day to day. The care circle adds a second, separate kind of sharing: a person you invite can see the things you allow, and nothing else.
You choose what each person sees
- Vitals, activity, sleep, medications, lab results and mood each have their own switch.
- The more personal ones, such as mood and mental health, are off until you turn them on.
- Each person can have different settings from the next.
You can also choose which alerts reach each person, such as an SOS, an unusual reading, or a weekly summary. You can see when someone last looked.
Invites and control
- The invite goes by email and text. The person accepts it before they see anything.
- Someone who has no Zenlyf account can create one when they accept.
- You can stop sharing with a person whenever you like, and they can leave the circle themselves.
- Every change is recorded, so there is a history of who could see what, and when.
Where it stands
The Zenlyf app is not in the App Store or Google Play yet, and fall detection and SOS are still in testing. Fall checks have not been validated against real falls.
