Zenlyf Enterprise adds HMO eligibility checks and claim tracking
On 10 September 2026 Zenlyf Enterprise added a connection layer for HMO insurers: check eligibility, request pre-authorisation, send a claim and follow its status in the patient's record. It has been built and tested against a sandbox. No insurer is connected live yet.
What changed
- An eligibility check on a patient's policy, with the answer and where it came from recorded on the chart.
- Pre-authorisation requests that move from draft to approved, partly approved or denied.
- Claims sent from the invoice and followed through review to approved, paid or rejected.
- Insurer answers update the claim only through its normal steps, so the history stays consistent.
No insurer is connected live yet. Each insurer needs its own agreement and credentials, so the first live connection will be piloted with one facility.
See the whole record in Zenlyf's EHR, or the hospital overview. To pilot it, book a pilot.
Common questions
None yet. The connection layer is tested in a sandbox and each insurer will be connected once it agrees credentials with the facility.
