Zenlyf is now on WhatsApp: a health assistant you can message
On 12 September 2026 the Zenlyf assistant went live on WhatsApp. You message one number, +1 971-385-6978, and get the same assistant you would reach inside the Zenlyf app, in the conversation app you already open many times a day.
What changed
Until now the Zenlyf assistant lived only inside the app. It now also answers on WhatsApp. The conversation is shared: what you ask on WhatsApp and what you ask in the app are one history, so the assistant does not start from zero when you switch.
The assistant also remembers the reminders you have set, so you can ask it what is coming up today and it can answer from your own list.
How to use it
- Add your phone number to your profile in the Zenlyf app and verify it with a text code.
- Message +1 971-385-6978 on WhatsApp from that number. Open the chat.
- If Zenlyf cannot be sure the number is still yours, it asks for a one-time code. The code goes to the email on your account, never into the WhatsApp chat itself.
- Type MENU for a short list of things to do, or just write your question.
The Zenlyf app is not in the App Store or Google Play yet, so today the app is the step you need before WhatsApp works. Get notified when it is available.
What it is not
WhatsApp is not an emergency line. If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number. If you write the word emergency, the assistant answers with emergency guidance straight away rather than carrying on a normal conversation.
The assistant gives general information and helps you keep track of your own health data. It does not diagnose and it does not replace a doctor.

Is this the only smart ring on WhatsApp?
We have not found another smart ring maker that offers a chat assistant on WhatsApp, but we have not checked every maker and we do not claim to be the only one. Searches for a smart ring and WhatsApp mostly turn up rings that show WhatsApp notifications on a phone, which is a different thing: a notification tells you a message arrived, while the Zenlyf assistant is something you talk to.
